London-based Strange Boy - Kieran Brunt and Matt Huxley - release their ‘Suburbia’ EP on August 3 via Glass Guts, ahead of which they share its title track.
'Suburbia', a song of teenage sexual awakening and how it unfolds in the environs of a suburban landscape, is one of the duo's most overtly autobiographical singles to date; the duo capture a mixture of danger and excitement in the lyrics, which sit above a morphing, four-to-the-floor kick pattern.
Strange Boy play a headline show at Archspace in London on August 7.
