New Zealand psych-dance-pop duo DUAL - Maurice Miller and Jamie Pyne - have unveiled a fresh banger in the form of the dance friendly 'Green Eyed'.
The Auckland-based pair "have got something to show you" - and boy, it works. Resist the infectious electronic anthemic vibe and hooky guitar - co-produced with Jol Mulholland - when it picks up 50 seconds in, if you can.
"I met a girl and was drawn to her by her green eyes and felt a strong connection," relates Miller on the inspiration behind the track. "The situation was less than ideal, I trusted my instincts and her eyes kept drawing me back to her."
DUAL are currently supporting Racing on tour. They play Raglan's YOT Club on December 7, followed by the Paisley Stage in Napier on December 8.
