Spectres are back with two sharp noise-driven minutes of 'Choucoune Asphyxiate Repeat'

Words: Sam Geary

After an absence of two years, Spectres are marking a bold return with 'Choucoune Asphyxiate Repeat'.

The Bristol group's first new material since 'Condition' in 2017 comes as the first cut off their currently in production third album, and is out this Friday (March 22) via Cranes Records.

The noise-driven, two-minute track is a fervently delivered portion of corrosive post-punk, and the first to introduce long-time producer Dominic Mitchison to the band as a new member.

Check in now.
