Electronic bedroom pop artist The China Blue, aka Boston-based Seth Mykel Marques, follows 'Fast Lane' from earlier this year, with a new single from his upcoming EP, 'Written In My Head, From My Bedroom'.
'Next To Me', composed with drummer and fellow writer, Robert James Rubicine, offers an 80s-inflected pop vibe, flavoured with a tempered synth ambience.
“I wanted to channel an emotive state with a really frantic and specific inner dialogue, like you're directly hearing the perspective of inside my, or the listener's, head," explains Seth of the song.
