Stuttgart-based Coumarin made their entrance last year with debut single 'Never Again', now the alt-pop trio bring more of their anthemic sound to new single, 'Make It Right'.
Fusing elements of indie-rock with a dream-pop undercurrent, and a running synth line, a soaring vocal over the top lends 'Make It Right' an expansive feel.
The theme of the song, explains vocalist and guitarist André Kretschmar, evolved around "regret and forgiveness. I always wanted to write a song about these seemingly simple but actually complex things and their interplay and find a sound and melody that could package that in a song that is not a super slow piano ballad."
