Dublin post-punk outfit Sprints drop the second single from their forthcoming EP, which is out next year on Nice Swan Records.
Produced by Girl Band’s Daniel Fox, ‘Manifesto’ is the EP's title-track, an intense track on which the quartet have refined their industrial elements with a rousing bassline, charging rhythm section, and strident punk vocals.
“'Manifesto' is all about control, and the seeming lack of it we have sometimes – control over our own lives, our own bodies, our own societies," says singer Karla Chubb, "turning your cheek to the critics and bigots and those who judge and doubt, to try shake the shackles of everyday existence and mundanity and go carve your own path."
