Brighton-based Public Body make their post-punk statement with a backdrop of wobbly synths, spiky guitars and melodic bass runs, on new single 'Table Manners'.
Poignant and provocative, singer and fuitarist Seb Gilmore's biting and direct lyrics bemoan the current state of UK politics, and the revolving door of the same poorly equipped leaders.
Produced by guitarist Theo Verney (well known for his production work for the likes of TRAAMS, Egyptian Blue, Home Counties), Gilmore says that he he "was writing the synth bits I was picturing the Rugrats song and I guess that was probably the biggest influence musically."
Try it and see for yourself.
