London’s black midi have released two new Christmas tracks today (December 18).
The quartet have covered two of their favourite Yuletide tunes, 'Jingle Bell Rock' and 'What Christmas Means to Me'.
Proceeds from the tracks, which are available at Bandcamp, will benefit the London music venue Windmill Brixton, to help it survive "all the challenges that Covid-19 has brought."
"We recorded a couple of covers of our favourite Christmas tunes at our rehearsal room and then added some bells and whistles at home," add the band. "Usually we would do some fun one off covers shows at the Windmill around this time of year so hopefully this goes some way to fill the gap."
