Brighton-via-Staffordshire trio Murmur have resurfaced with a new single called ‘Shame’.
Out now, the wiry track that follows last year's ‘Cradle’, shows a visceral dynamism that straddles post-punk, featuring angular guitars and powering drums that provide an edgy sonic wall around vocalist George Mills' sharp and seering tones.
If they can pull out more than one single a year, Murmur could become more of a roar.
