Brooklyn synthpop duo Ella Zoller and Gabriel Stanley, collectively known as PROM, release their second single, 'Flickers' - the first release to appear on Ghost Beach's newly formed Crazy Heart Records.
A long gap in between this and last year's debut 'Darlin', but one worth it with a swathe of lush drum beats wrapped around a dreampop melody, swooning harmonies and sharp production courtesy of Dave Weingarten (Ghost Beach).
