Brooklyn's heavy psychsters Ancient Sky turn out a big number on this track from their forthcoming album 'Mosaic' out in June.
Known for their two drummer powerhouse delivery, the album's lead track, the four-minute-plus 'Garbage Brain', shows plenty of rhythmic force, helped out by Ben Greenberg's (The Men, Uniform, Mission Hubble) production, held together by the defining touch of Brian Markham's vocals. Do we detect the slightest frisson of 'House Of The Rising Sun' in there too?
'Mosaic' is out on June 9 thru Wharf Cat.
