We're not sure who the titular Liam is, but Essex rock four-piece Looking For Liam are sounding good as they prepare for the release of their latest track, 'Take What You Need', out on on June 1.
Still in their late teens, since forming in 2010 they have been picked up by their local BBC Introducing, won various Battle of the Band competitions - and recorded their debut album 'Absence', from where 'Take What You Need' comes.
Writing and producing their own material, LFL's sound straddles between a big rocky anthemic line, and broody mid-tempo balladry.'Take What You Need' layers electronic synth elements with riff heavy guitar breaks in a melodic indie pop guise.
