With their debut album 'Space' arriving on October 14 via PIAS, Antwerp/Ghent-based shoegaze rockers Newmoon are preceding it with the single 'Head Of Stone’.
Taking their name from an Elliot Smith album, the previous ex-members of hardcore punk band Midnight Souls open 'Head Of Stone’ in a beautiful melodic guitar assault, before the lo-fi vocals of Bert Cannaerts come in like a smooth coating of Belgian chocolate over a nutty base.
