Hauntingly beautiful alt-popgaze from Melbourne's Seattle Fix.
Following last autumn's 'Teddy Bear' EP, the Australian duo - Olivia Puchalski (vocals, guitars, bass, synths) and Luke Burns (drums) - return with 'Stone'. The percussion and guitars are stirring, Puchalski's vocal exquisite, and when the drums kick in to lift it to another level, you just want to sigh in pleasure.
"Lyrically, it’s important to me too," says Olivia. "It’s about finding the strength in yourself to persevere, even with the struggles you face every day. Sometimes I feel you never even know you have it in you to get through, but it’s there. Parts of it were written during some trying times. We definitely think it’s our best song yet."
