James Blake last night (November 19) was the musical guest on the US TV show The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, where he performed 'The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face'.
The 1957 Ewan MacColl-penned song, which became a classic hit for Roberta Flack in 1972, is the latest in a line of covers released by Blake, which includes Frank Ocean’s 'Godspeed' and Joni Mitchell’s 'A Case of You'.
