Dutch indie four-piece LGHTNNG share the first single from their October released debut EP, 'Nights Change Days'.
The Groningen-based electro-pop outfit's dreamy 80s retro sound on ‘Sharks’, flows easily Doortje Hiddema's smooth-as-silk vocal trip over synth samples in a style reminiscent of Chvrches and The Chromatics.
Richard, Wouter and Niek formed LGHTNNG last year, bringing in Doortje as vocalist early in 2015. However, with bassist Niek in the US until next year, the four are temporarily trading as a three-piece.
LGHTNNG are: Doortje Hiddema -vocals, Wouter Kroon - synth, samples, Richard Barock - guitar, Niek Verweij - bass.
